Guest Code of Conduct
The Trinity Restaurant aims to host and serve in an environment that values respect and quality of experience for both guests and staff members.
To ensure guests and staff feel respected, relaxed, and safe we have instituted a guest code of conduct.
Guest Code of Conduct
While we cannot control the behavior of guests while they are in our house, we reserve the right to hold them to the standards outlined below. If a guest is acting against these standards, they may be subject to a chat with management or removal from the property.
If a guest is acting against these guidelines, it can be grounds for removal from the property or a chat with management.
Respectful Interactions:
Guests are expected to treat all staff members and fellow patrons with courtesy. Abusive, demeaning, or physically touching/harassing staff is strictly prohibited.
Language & Tone:
Shouting, using profanity, and discriminatory or humiliating language towards staff or guests is not tolerated.
Intoxication:
Staff is legally and ethically obligated to stop service to any guest exhibiting signs of inebriation.
Destruction or theft of property: if willfully and/or maliciously done may be cause for contacting the authorities.
We are a firearm-free property. Guests will not be permitted inside while carrying firearms.
We reserve the right to refuse or suspend service to any guest not adhering to these basic rules.
Staff and patrons deserve to have a safe and enjoyable experience at The Trinity.
