Classic Dishes. Quality Service. Elegant Experience.

A place where quality, experience, and a dash of New Orleans combine to create lasting memories.

Founded by longtime friends Ken Newburger and Carlitos Fernandez, The Trinity showcases the colorful spirit of New Orleans to the growing Chattanooga culinary scene. Their team consists of culinary experts and restaurant veterans who’ve been part of hospitality projects like Unknown Caller, 50/50, and Elsie's Daughter, and are excited to bring a taste of New Orleans to Chattanooga.

History

Located in the historic former St. John’s Restaurant and St. John’s Hotel building, we’ve created a distinct atmosphere that would be right at home down the street from Galatoire’s, Antoine’s or Commander’s Palace.

Proven Quality

Our team consists of culinary experts who’ve been part of hospitality projects like Unknown Caller, 50/50, and Elsie's Daughter. Our restaurant veterans are excited to bring a taste of New Orleans to Chattanooga.

A Reason to Celebrate

Whatever your occasion, The Trinity provides an elegant dining experience for your party - with a little French Quarter jazz and New Orleans flavor to make sure you have a great time.

Wisconsin born and bred; NYC/BK raised. Jess moved to New York for college at age 18, and quickly fell into the hospitality world. Assisted with her first restaurant opening at age 21 and has loved that part of the business ever since. Worked for hospitality groups both large and small, in every capacity and station (FOH & BOH). Maggie Hollister

    Front of House Manager

Born and raised in the quaint college town of Starkville, Mississippi, Maggie discovered her passion for hospitality early on. By her early twenties, she realized she had a passion for curating unforgettable experiences for others. Maggie believes the best moments in life center around exceptional food and drink. Over the course of her thirteen years of experience, Maggie has worked in award winning establishments, with one receiving the prestigious Michelin Bib Gourmand award during her time there. Driven by this love for the culinary and beverage world, she relocated to Chattanooga to further pursue her career as a manager here at The Trinity. Outside of work, Maggie enjoys spending time with her corgi and watching a good (or bad) reality show.

    Andrew Tucker

    Executive Chef

Andrew was born and raised in the Mississippi Delta, and it was there that he was exposed to the world of Southern cooking, in particular the food of New Orleans. His family fostered a love for Creole cuisine at an early age through his father’s love of cooking gumbo and frequent trips to the Gulf coast. Andrew has been cooking for more than 15 years all across the south, and received years of training in French cuisine. Upon arriving in Chattanooga in 2019, Andrew worked as chef de cuisine at Main Street Meats for several years before leaving to spend time with his newborn daughter, Emma. When Andrew isn’t working in the kitchen at home or in the restaurant, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He loves the outdoors, and can often be found hiking, fishing, or working on his house and garden.

He began his restaurant career at just 16 years old as a dishwasher and has spent the last 11 years working his way up through hard work, dedication, and a passion for the industry. Along the way, he became known as a top grill cook at his previous two restaurants and gained valuable management experience. A talented pitmaster, Nick enjoys the art of smoking meats. Outside of work, he enjoys playing Magic: The Gathering, cheering on the Miami Dolphins, and spending time with his girlfriend and their fur babies.
